Our factory occupies 10.000 meter squares open surface area. Our plant and our office buildings are larger than 2500 meter squares. We process all packaged dried apricots approved by the TS 485 and by the US FDA Quality Standards. Our dried apricot packaging varies from net 250 grs to 12,5 kgs.
Our annual capacity is regularly between 3.000-3.500 mton which can reach up to 6.000 mton.
Our main export markets are EU countries, USA, Russia, Ukraine and Japan.
In our state of the art facilities, dried apricots go through very specialized phases such as washing, selecting, cleaning, packaging and quality control in order to obtain perfection. Since 2006, our perfection is certificated by HACCP and ISO 9001 quality systems. All dried apricots are mechanically washed and selected. They are oven-dried for the optimum moisture content and checked on lighted belt tables for defects and impurities. In the final phase, dried apricots are inspected and packaged to required sizes.
All our dried apricots are prepared according to Turkish and US FDA Quality Standards by our customer demands. All packaged goods are going through metal detection check up.
